St. Thomas' Church is located in the heart of the historic village of Shanty Bay, on the north shore of Lake Simcoe. You will find us at 28 Church Street in Shanty Bay. Ours is one the oldest churches in the area, serving a parish bordering the city of Barrie, the 15/16 sideroad of Oro-Medonte township, the villages of Shanty Bay, Oro Station, Hawkestone and rural areas in between to our northern border of the 12th concession. We are celebrating our 180th year of continuous ministry in 2018.
